Cancellation and refund policy
Each airline has their own cancellation policy. Therefore, we suggest that you always cancel the flight as early as possible, and certainly no less than 24 hours before the departure time. In case of cancellation or date change write mail to us on info@galaxytravels.co.in or Contact +91 9899 234 171, We will credit the money back to the same mode of payment you used while making the booking. Normally, it may take maximum 14 working days to process the refund. It will reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. Please note that for certain airlines it may take more than 3 weeks for processing the refund.
General Provisions
You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
